BMW E36 M3 at Watkins Glen Race Track

I found this video for a BMW E36 M3 with an impressive performance. Take a look how it’s passing every car it encounters. The owner says it has a supercharger (C30). This may explain it, but still the driver is doing an amazing job too. Take a look it’s really cool.

Enjoy this…

BMW E36 With Side Air Vents

Hello,

Today, I’m going to write about this BMW E36 car with side air vents. The owner of this car just installed these air vents that you can see in the pictures below to see if they’re going to look good on his car or not.

While, I’m not a fan of none standard accessories that I believe in many cases will make the car look ugly and ricey to say the least, this time it was different. Now, I’m sure that you all are going to disagree with me, but I think the side air vents should look great on our BMW E36 cars, but NOT THIS ONE.

If I were to install such air vents, I would’ve bought something not shinny like these and installed them correctly on my car (please notice that these were installed in the opposite directions).

If these were black and without any chrome on them, I think they would’ve looked great on the car. What do you guys think?

BMW Auto Folding Mirrors

I found these auto folding mirrors on eBay:

They are actually made for the BMW E46 M3 cars, not the BMW E36 ones, but I think the styling of these mirrors will fit in a BMW E36 and especially BMW E36 M3’s. The rounded housing looks nice (it can be better though). These mirrors also come with heated & blue coated lenses. So, I think they will be a nice addition to a BMW E36 car. But I’m not 100% sure if they will fit in your cars exactly because I didn’t try them. I’m also not sure if these mirrors have the reverse feature of the auto-folding mirrors. But on anyway, I think that having such mirrors that will fold when you turn your engine off will be a cool touch, don’t you think?

I’m not sure if you’re going to like them, but I have a feeling that they will look great. What do you guys think?

Interior Upgrade For BMW E36

Hi,

As you may all know, I don’t like to mess around with the car’s interior. For example, I always hated using multiple colors of leather inside the car unless the colors really match. Using leather with light colors in the gear boot will always make the car’s interior look bad IMAHO. The end result is always worse than the standard look of the car.

Today, I’ve found this car with some nice interior modification. They actually made the car look better and at the same time they look/are OEM. So, they won’t look ricey on the BMW E36.

The interior upgrade for this car included:
1. Blaupunkt Business CD43
2. 7 button MID with temp retrofitted
3. Genuine dark walnut gear knob (new) and glovebox trim (used)
4. Dome maplights
5. Centre console and cloth armrest
6. Dark walnut handbrake

This is an example of how you can upgrade your car’s interior, without making it look ricey. Take a look at the photos:

I have to admit, this car looks clean and has a decent interior.
